We Want to Protect Childhood
At Prehistoric Pals TT, we believe kids deserve to explore the world with wide eyes—not watchful cameras. That’s why we’ve made a clear and conscious decision to never use identifiable images or videos of children (except our founder’s child, with consent) in any of our promotions.
We proudly use:
🧠 Stock images and professional illustrations
💬 Photos of the founder’s child, used with full awareness and permission
🎨 Images of children’s creations, not their faces
⚖️ Ethical Standards with Global Alignment
While Trinidad and Tobago does not currently have a child-specific online privacy law like the COPPA Act (USA), we choose to voluntarily align with its standards, including:
Collecting no personal information from children
Never contacting children directly
Sending all communication (like digital certificates) to the parent/guardian's email only
Avoiding all forms of child-targeted advertising
We also operate under the ethical principles of Trinidad and Tobago’s Data Protection Act (2011), and we constantly strive to exceed—not just meet—those standards.
🔐 Your Child’s Privacy = Our Priority
We do not allow or encourage the public sharing of children's photos with us for marketing use. If you’d like to share your child’s journey with us, we kindly ask that you send images of:
Their drawings, activities, or dino digs
Their certificates or projects…not their faces.
This isn’t just a policy—it’s a promise.
🧠 Because Curiosity Should Be Safe
In a world full of screens, algorithms, and ad trackers, we’re choosing something different. Something better. We want your kids to stay curious—and stay protected.
Always stay curious. Always stay safe.
